The works to be executed under this contract include demolition and builder’s works, supply and installation of all mock-ups, partitions, finishes, doors, ironmongeries, sanitaryware, millworks, built-in furniture, feature screen, steel subframe, signage and installation of FF&Es and artworks, etc. for the fitting out works for Celebrity Lobby Lounge, Reception, Front of House and Back of House Area

The works to be executed under this contract include demolition and builder’s works, supply and installation of all finishes, doors, millworks, built-in furniture, feature screen, steel subframe, signage and installation of FF&Es and artworks etc., and as main contractor to manage and supervise other NSCs for the fitting out works for All Day Dining Restaurant, Show Kitchen, Front of House & Back of House area.

The works to be executed under this contract includes mock-up, demolition, builder’s works, finishing works to ceiling, wall and floor with various materials, MEP works, signages, Installation of FF&E items, pantry equipment and other temporary works to facilitate the site execution.

The works to be executed under this contract including demolition and modification of existing gaming area to suit new BOH and FOH Slot machine area layout, supply and installation of new partition wall, new floor, wall & ceiling finishes, supply and installation of new built-in furniture, millworks, FF&E, pony wall, feature ceiling, sanitaryware, doors and ironmongery, smoke curtain, etc. and coordination of MEP works etc., at Ground Level of Galaxy Macau

The works to be executed under this contract including demolition and modification of existing gaming area to suit new BOH and FOH Junket layout, supply and installation of new partition wall, new floor, wall & ceiling finishes, supply and installation of new built-in furniture, millworks, pony wall, feature ceiling, sanitaryware, doors and ironmongery, fire shutter and curtain, etc. and coordination of MEP works etc., at Ground Level of Galaxy Macau.

The works to be executed under this contract including supply and installation of all finishes, sanitary fittings, ironmongery, partitioning, LED lighting system and design & build for the associated supporting system at Front of House and Heart of House on L1 & L2 podium circulation and Retail Street of Studio City Phase 2.

The works to be executed under this contract includes demolition of existing lift lobbies finishes, supply and installation of GRG moulding, wooden panel, stone wall and floor panel, lift architrave and MEP works.
