Scope of Services

Pat Davie Ltd. is able to function either as Co-ordinating Main Contractor, Project Manager or as a Specialist Sub-Contractor. Services tailored to suit Clients specific requirements include:

• Provision of all necessary Consultancy disciplines as required.
• Conceptual designs and technical documentation for the exterior, interior, building services and building finishes.
• Development and agreement of budgets and expenditure limits based upon specific requirements.
• Preparation and development of Master Works Programmes and schedules for agreement.
• Liaison with Client and/or Consultant at all stages of the project.
• Regular progress reporting to the Client/Consultant.
• Continuous tracking of agreed programmes with provision of advice concerning measures necessary to maintain and achieve key target dates and objectives.
• Constant supervision of the works ensuring maximum efficiency and quality control.
• Placement of procurement orders and sequential arrangement of all necessary materials, equipment and resources.
• Preparation of necessary shop drawings and submission for approval.
• Preparation of estimates for Provisional Items.
• Applications and liaison wit Statutory Authorities and others indirectly involved with the project.
• Commissioning of the project for handover to Client.
• Scheduling, agreement and completion of post contract works and remedial works.
• Post contract monitoring and maintenance if required.
