A Project Team, once selected is responsible from inception through construction to handover and post completion of their assigned project. Project Teams are fully supported by centralized facilities and technical services in Head Office ensuring performance of the highest standard. All aspects of organizational procedures and project performance are continually monitored ensuring maximum efficiency and performance in services provided to clients with senior management taking ultimate responsibility for all actions.
